So far, season three of The Summer I Turned Pretty is just about everything I expected: dramatic breakups, emotional make-ups, and longheld secrets.

But what I didn’t anticipate was how much I would love Belly’s dorm room. And if you’re anything like me, you were probably pausing the show to get a closer look at how Belly decorated her space.

I knew there would be a time jump in this season to Belly’s junior year of college, but I hadn’t expected to see so much of her college room. Belly’s dorm perfectly encapsulates her quirky personality with vibrant colors and mismatched patterns, as well as a hint of coastal chic to pay homage to her favorite place: Cousins Beach.

There’s even an easter egg to a 1950s movie with a similar plot: a girl falling in love with two brothers. I rounded up some of the best products I eyed in her room — and a few dupes, in some cases — to help you achieve a Belly-inspired dorm aesthetic

Belly’s Bedding

Begonia Sheet Set, Twin/Twin XL
$109

Belly’s bedding is exactly what I would have expected for her unmade bed. It’s colorful, slightly chaotic, and looks extremely comfortable. I love her blue and green floral sheets (she has the color "Lagoon"), and the blue trim on the edges is so cute.

Flower Duvet Cover, Twin/Twin XL
$99

As much as I love Belly’s sheets, I probably wouldn’t have paired them with another floral-patterned comforter — although somehow she makes it work in her space. Belly’s duvet cover has dull pink and green flowers that look similar to the print on her sheets. If you don't want to copy the floral-on-floral look, you can always pair this duvet cover with a solid sheet.

MUXHOMO 4-Piece Sheet Set, Full
$33$22

The bedding in Belly’s fictional dorm is definitely on the pricier side. But have no fear, I found more affordable dupes that can achieve the same look. These floral sheets also incorporate the shades of blue and green in Belly’s West Elm sheets, but are on the more affordable side. The floral print is slightly bigger than Belly’s sheets, but definitely captures the same vibe for more than $100 less.

mixinni Pink Floral Duvet Cover Set, Twin XL
$50

This duvet cover dupe is very similar to the cottagecore aesthetic of Belly’s Pottery Barn duvet, and is the same color – beige with pink flowers. I actually like this Amazon dupe even better than Belly’s actual duvet cover. The wavy edges are so cute!

Belly’s Decor

Sabrina Movie Poster
$27

Jenny Han adding a poster in Belly’s dorm room from the 1954 movie Sabrina, a story about a girl who falls in love with two brothers, is the ultimate easter egg. This poster hangs on her wall, and you get a clear view of Audrey Hepburn gazing at one brother, while holding on to the other brother’s arm. This image truly encapsulates the plot of the show. The teaser poster for season three was also a play on Sabrina, with Jeremiah kissing Belly’s cheek while she looks at Conrad. Fans also noticed that she has a Bye Bye Birdie poster on her door, a musical about a young man named Conrad.

Heart Hand Sculpture
$21$17

It’s no secret that Han is a Swiftie. There are so many of Swift’s songs incorporated into the series, and Han has mentioned that the album Speak Now inspired her while writing the series. The hand heart has become a known symbol among Swift fans, and it’s no surprise that Belly has this purple sculpture in her dorm.

Kane Side Table
$199

If you want something similar to Belly’s flower-shaped side table, this option from West Elm is super similar. This side table is a darker shade of green than Belly’s and might have a few more waves/petals, but it seems like the same bedside height. This piece is made from concrete, and can also be used for extra seating in your room.

Winston Porter Natalia Flower Side Table
$89$75

If you want an identical flower-shaped nightstand like Belly’s, it will cost a bit more. But if you’re looking to achieve a similar flower table look for less, this Wayfair option is the perfect height for a nightstand, and also has an extra shelf for more storage. The white table is extremely versatile, but I love the pink as well! The daisy-shaped top of the table is very similar to the shape of Belly’s table. Though this piece is much different than Belly’s nightstand, it definitely still fits the vibe of Belly’s dorm.

R.W.FLAME Double Door 3.2-Cu. Ft. Mini Fridge
$598$214

One of the most realistic aspects of Belly’s dorm room is having a fridge in her room (plus, she opted for a style with a freezer!). A mini fridge is a must-have in your dorm to store all of your snacks. Belly’s retro-style pick is super cute, and the light blue adds a fun pop of color. Again, very beach-coded.

Matilda Goad & Co. Wool Tufted Scalloped Rug, 3' x 5'
$298

I’m obsessed with this rug next to Belly’s bed, but it definitely doesn’t scream “dorm room.” This item is one of the most expensive items in Belly’s room, and would be a great investment. The tufted detailing and scalloped edges are so beautiful. However, I would prefer to get a more affordable, soft rug that I wouldn’t mind (likely) getting ruined by daily dorm living.

Room Essentials Framed Door Mirror
$8

Another super-realistic item in Belly’s room is the classic Target full-length mirror. This mirror is about as basic as it gets. It has a simple plastic frame, and you can mount it on the wall or hang over a door. Having a no-frills full-length mirror like this in your dorm feels like a rite of passage. It couldn’t get any more simple, but it is so helpful.

Belly’s Lighting

Goothy White Lantern String Lights
$16$13

After looking at Belly’s room, you can tell she’s not a fan of the overhead light. It seems like she has lamps everywhere, as well as smaller lighting picks like these decorative lantern string lights above her bed. These lights definitely add a beachy vibe to her room, but seem more decorative than functional as additional lighting.

GLOBE Electric Torchiere Floor Lamp
$32

Just like the mirror, this lamp is another basic staple for every dorm. While some television shows depict an unrealistic, elaborate dorm, I love how Belly’s room is practical. This floor lamp is a perfect example of how realistic this room is, as it is truly the most basic a lamp could get.
