Oh, hi! Dorm Therapy is a brand brought to you by a network of college students experiencing life on campus. On TikTok, Instagram, and DormTherapy.com, we bring you real students’ Dorm Tours (that look like yours), the coolest attainable shopping recs and decor ideas (on budget? ✔️; usable on weird, cinder block walls? ✔️), plenty of actually useful undergrad lifestyle tips, and so much more. Whether you’re an underclassman in an on-campus suite or an upperclassman in an off-campus house, a commuter student living at home or an exchange student living abroad, our goal is to make sure your “dorm” life — however that looks for you — is your most exciting and creative era yet. Above all, we’re here to help you feel at home at school.

HOW IT HAPPENED

Dorm Therapy was launched in 2023 by Apartment Therapy Media, an independently owned media company. You know Apartment Therapy for small-space design and real, unique homes. Now we’re ready for college move-in.
