I’m still getting my Halloween costume together, but holiday decor is already hitting the shelves of stores all around me. And really, it’s never too early to start prepping for the holidays! As much as I love a lit-up tree or larger-than-life inflatable, dorm life doesn’t quite allow for decking the halls in that way. Luckily, scaled-down, practical decor can bring so much holiday cheer into a smaller space. Case in point: This mug from World Market with a cute bow-style handle.   

This white ceramic mug has a red bow-shaped handle that totally ties (sorry!) the adorable design together, and it’s available at World Market for $7.99. It’s microwave- and dishwasher-safe, so you can easily clean it and reheat your coffee as many times as you need to. I think this mug would look particularly cute filled up with hot cocoa and some mini marshmallows. 

The best part is, the red-and-white design is so minimalist that it nods to the holidays without being so seasonal you can’t use it all year long. I’d be just as excited to sip out of this cute mug in the summer!
