Starbucks Dropped a “Pink Drink” Merch Collection with MAJOR Summer Vibes (So Many Strawberries!)

Usually when I’m looking forward to a new Starbucks release, I’m preparing to order something different for my morning drink or to take with me on a long summer walk. But Starbucks’ new Pink Drink collection that launched on July 7 is all about the merch — and with the cutest strawberry accents and pink hues, this might be the brand’s prettiest drop of cups, water bottles, and accessories yet.

Everything in the collection is seriously making me consider adding a splash of pink to my life — it’s so perfect for summer. I got to preview the collection last month during a Starbucks tasting, and here are some of my favorites, with prices included. 

Before I dive into the merch, let me refresh you on what the Pink Drink is all about. The creamy, light pink sip made with a Strawberry Açai base and coconut milk became an official menu item in April 2017, following fans creating it as a secret-menu drink in 2016 — it went viral, of course! 

With a coloring that would look so good on just about anything (and an excuse to add strawberry accents), it makes sense that Starbucks used it as inspiration for its Pink Drink collection. “There’s a mood-boosting piece to it,” said Kap Pitarys, director of U.S. merchandise for Starbucks, in the press release. “We just wanted to take what people love and make sure that it threads through the collection.”

Starbucks’ new Pink Drink merch collection is available to buy in U.S. coffeehouses as of July 7, and Starbucks Rewards members can shop it online, but it is a limited-edition drop (with some items selling out already), so make sure you scoop up what you want quickly.

The drop includes four limited-edition water bottles and two limited-edition cold cups, all with some touch of pink. I got to preview the collection last month, and here are some of my favorite picks.

This adorable Owala bottle is my favorite item from the Pink Drink collection! It sold out online as of publication, but you can still try to get it in stores! The 24-ounce bottle sells for $32.95 and is a rosy pink color, while the lid is a mix of white and pastel pink colors. I love that the lid flips up to let me sip my drink of choice through a straw or chug it through a wider opening and doubles as a handle — it’s versatile and easy to carry around.

Based on visuals alone, the Miir Stainless Steel Water Bottle is my favorite! It’s a lovely pastel pink color and has shiny bubble letters that spell out “Starbucks Pink Drink”! It’s very cute and I love that the color and branding are more subtle on this one. It holds up to 20 ounces of liquid and has a twist-off lid that doubles as a handle. It is hand-wash only, so note that if you’re eyeing this cutie.

This Pink Pleated Plastic Cold Cup is made of a translucent pink plastic and has textured vertical lines running down the sides. Also, hand-wash only, it can hold up to 24 ounces of cold liquid and comes with the same pink strawberry straw topper as the Pink Drink Bearista cup!

When your love of the Pink Drink goes beyond the beverage itself, you can snap up one of these cute accessories. From a OOTD-worthy baseball hat to a belt bag, the collection includes five accessories inspired by the bright hue of the Pink Drink. Here are a couple of my favorites.

The keychain with pouch includes a hot pink zippered pouch and wrist strap, as well as a pink strawberry charm and a Pink Drink charm. It’d be great for holding cash or small items like chapstick. It’s sold out online as of publication (so check your local store!). I love that it also comes with a wrist strap, so it’s easy to carry around even if you don’t have pockets or you’re already holding items in both hands. It costs $19.95. 

The Pink Drink Belt Bag puts a unique spin on a regular fanny pack. It’s a pretty pastel pink color and has a circular shape. It comes with an adjustable belt to secure it around your waist and a gold keychain with a heart-shaped clip and three Starbucks and strawberry-themed charms attached to the zipper.

The viral Starbucks Bearista Cold Cup is making a return! Instead of the green and white beanie and straw, this Glass Bearista Cold Cup – Pink Edition cup comes with a mini pink drink baseball cap and a pink strawberry straw topper. It’ll cost $47.95 and will be available to purchase online starting July 9 if you’re a Starbucks Rewards Reserve member (the highest tier in the membership) and in stores for everyone on July 13 (with a two-item per person limit). Like its predecessor, it’ll probably sell out quickly, so grab yours while you can!
