The air is crisp, and pumpkin flavors are back in the coffee rotation, but it isn’t fall for me until I whip out my coziest throw blanket and watch a witchy movie or two. I was in the market for a new one this season, and lucky for me, Snuggle Sac offered to send me a blanket to check out for free. I realized I’d already seen them on TikTok, so I was excited to try one myself, and after testing it out for a bit I can’t wait to use it all fall and winter long. Here’s my honest review.

A Quick Look at the Snuggle Sac Throw Blanket

The Snuggle Sac is a soft microfiber throw blanket made of a combination of faux fur and feather yarn. On Amazon, it comes in 14 colors, including soft pink, blue, and gray, and two patterns: checkered and leopard print. You can also buy it in three sizes: throw (50-by-60 inches), throw XL (50-by-70 inches), and twin (60-by-80 inches). Each one is machine washable and comes wrapped in a bow, making it super giftable.

Priced between $22-$50, depending on the size and style, this Amazon find is one of the more affordable TikTok-viral throws.

My Honest Review of the Snuggle Sac Throw Blanket

When the blanket arrived in a vacuum-sealed package, I was initially skeptical that it would be fluffy enough for my preferences, but as soon as I opened it, my worries went away.

I requested the twin-size Snuggle Sac MochiSoft Fluffy Checkered Blanket in the color solid ivory and was immediately impressed by its unique dual texture. Although it’s one solid color, the checkered pattern uses two alternating fabrics: Think of your comfiest pair of fuzzy socks for one set of squares (that’s the “feather yarn”), and a fluffy texture that most closely resembles a “cat belly” for the other (that’s the “rabbit faux fur”). The blend of microfiber yarn that makes up the blanket is super breathable and not too hot. I’m talking peak coziness levels!

I love that the ivory check is neutral enough to use from room to room, yet still adds plenty of texture and interest with the subtle checkered pattern. If you’re looking for something bolder, there are also SO many colors and patterns to choose from — and even more on the Snuggle Sac website than on Amazon!

Until further notice, if you need me, I’ll be curled up with my Snuggle Sac, making my way through this cozy movie watch list for the rest of the season.
