This New “Emily in Paris” Oat Creamer Combines Two Flavors That Sound SO Good (I Need a Bottle ASAP!)

Anyone who has ever interacted with me in the morning before I’ve had coffee knows that I do not function without caffeine in my system. Usually I drink three coffees a day, and my current favorite order is a raspberry iced latte. That being said, I’ve been on a budgeting kick and trying to find ways to re-create this crave-worthy drink at home, which is why Planet Oat’s latest launch — a white chocolate raspberry creamer, inspired by Netflix hit Emily in Paris — has come at the perfect time. Season 5 of the show premieres on December 18, and if you can’t hack a plane ticket to France to live like Emily (neither can I), then this Paris-inspired coffee creamer might be the next best thing. 

Planet Oat describes this new creamer as embodying, in part, “the chic, romantic flair of Paris,” which was inspired by Emily in Paris, the show about a Chicago marketing executive who gets relocated to an office in Paris and has to adjust to a new country and job and navigate new relationships — and she does it all while donning many a beret and pattern-clashing outfit. Emily Cooper is also known to enjoy a cafe (often with her BFF Mindy), which seems to be where this throughline to the creamer comes in.

Even if you’re not a fan of the show, this new dairy-free delicacy sounds perfect for coffee drinkers looking to switch up (and sweeten up!) their morning brew. Planet Oat has partnered with Emily in Paris star Ashley Park (who plays Mindy on the show), and she described this creamer as “Parisian chic for your coffee cup,” according to the press release. She also said in the release that the new creamer is “absolutely perfect in [her] morning coffee,” and it gives Park “that feeling of sitting in [her] favorite cafe in the Marais.”

The release describes the flavors the oat milk creamer as infused with a delicious white chocolate combined with a “bright, tart raspberry flavor,” which sounds like the balance I love in my $6 raspberry latte order. Plus, the pink bottle would frankly look adorable in my mini fridge. One comment under the Planet Oat Instagram announcement post says, “Need to try this with matcha!” and I totally agree — I can’t wait to get a bottle for myself and put it to the taste test.

The creamer, which features a pink bottle with designs like the Eiffel tower and roses, comes in a 32-ounce bottle (which has a manufacturer’s suggested retail price of $4.29) and will be available at major grocery retailers in late December, according to the Planet Oat press release.
