Leopard print is so back! It’s on clothes, shoes, belts, bags, plus, of course, home decor. When I first started seeing the classic animal pattern popping up everywhere, I thought to myself, “Didn’t we leave this in the 2010s?” But it’s become clear to me: In 2024, leopard print is glamorous, chic, and so fun.

Just one example of the luxe-looking pattern on small-space-friendly decor and furniture? On TikTok, Amber of @trendyandspendy spotted the most gorgeous pair of leopard print ottomans at her local HomeGoods: one boxier and one more cylindrical. The boxier one was even on clearance for $75! “Gah so cute!!?” one commenter wrote.

An ottoman feels like the perfect, easy way to add some leopard print to a dorm room — you could use it as a footstool, desk or beauty station seating, extra seating when friends come by, and an extra surface for school supplies while you’re studying.

HomeGoods doesn’t sell products on its website, so you’ll have to make a trip to the store in person to see if you are lucky enough to spot one of the ottomans above.

I do have you covered, however, with some online options similar to the HomeGoods pieces.

ALASDO Ottoman
$27

This storage ottoman is only $26.99 on Amazon. It would serve as a great footstool next to a couch — and a sweet storage spot for a throw blanket or winter gear.

Leopard-Print Round Faux Fur Ottoman
$65

“Chic” is just the word to describe this fuzzy leopard print ottoman seat from Walmart. It could be used as an accent piece for your vanity or just extra seating in your living room, for $64.99.

Skyline Furniture Annie Square Ottoman
$209$178

For a bit of a spin on leopard print, try this piece from Target with illustrations of actual leopards. This option is the priciest of the three, coming in at $177.64, but if you’re willing to spend this, I think this navy leopard-covered footstool could become your favorite item in your home!

Even though her heart belongs to the ocean, the mountains are becoming a close contender. Her favorite part of living in Burlington, Vermont, for college is its unique coffee shops. Her perfect day would consist of going to a cute café in the morning, then spending the day at the beach swimming and reading, then ending the day by shopping and getting dressed up for a nice dinner downtown. Through Dorm Therapy, Isabel is excited to be a voice for young adults embarking on their college journeys and she hopes to make this big transition of life more comfortable for others in the same place as her.
