I Tried 3 of Dunkin’s New “Tiramisu” Drinks — and This Iced Espresso Is My Favorite by a Mile

I already know that I can count on a pumpkin spice latte to give me the fall feels. But I recently saw that Dunkin’ released a Tiramisu Collection, so I decided to check it out to see if I can also channel cozy season with a different dessert-inspired sip. Dunkin’s fall 2026 menu arrived in stores on August 19, and it includes four tiramisu-inspired drinks — three lattes and a matcha — and I tried three of the new offerings to see what they’re all about.

This dessert-inspired lineup includes three iced espresso-based sips, plus an iced matcha. According to the Dunkin’ press release, these drinks made with the new tiramisu-flavored swirl syrup are “a nod to the classic Italian dessert,” and the collection “blends rich coffee notes with creamy, indulgent sweetness.” The Tiramisu Collection is a limited-time release, and you can also add the tiramisu swirl to your go-to coffee order (hot or iced) while it’s available. Here’s what you can expect from the four drinks: 

• The Tiramisu Cloud Latte is made with espresso, whole milk, and tiramisu swirl, and it’s finished with marshmallow cold foam and a sprinkle of hot chocolate powder.
• The Tiramisu Shakin’ Espresso consists of a double shot of espresso shaken with tiramisu swirl and oatmilk.
• The Tiramisu Protein Latte is espresso mixed with protein milk and tiramisu swirl.
• The Tiramisu Marshmallow Matcha combines matcha with tiramisu swirl and whole milk, and it’s topped with marshmallow cold foam and hot chocolate powder.

 I tried the first two lattes and the matcha, and I definitely have a favorite.

As soon as I picked up my iced latte, the marshmallow cold foam was overflowing through the drink spout of my lid. The marshmallow scent hit me right away, and then the chocolate powder cut through the sweet smell. I took a sip through the spout first and got a very sweet marshmallow flavor, so I stuck in a straw and took a good gulp of the latte, which was almost just as sweet — I couldn’t immediately place the tiramisu flavor. 

If you’re not familiar, the main components of tiramisu are coffee-soaked ladyfingers and a fluffy, sweet mascarpone-based filling, so I thought mixing the marshmallow foam with the latte might help bring out the dessert this drink was inspired by. It was hard to get the foam and latte to combine, but for the few sips I could, I was able to get more of a tiramisu flavor. This drink is sweeter than what I go for, but if you like your drinks on the sweeter side and want something different, it’s worth trying.

This drink is my favorite in the new collection by a mile! I credit the simplicity and nondairy milk because it’s the closest to my go-to type of coffee. I had a hunch this would be my number-one drink, so I tried it first, and with one whiff I got a strong, fresh espresso scent. One sip in, the espresso’s bitterness mixed perfectly with the lightly sweet syrup and oatmilk. It instantly reminded me of tiramisu — specifically the coffee-soaked ladyfingers.

I was absolutely delighted by this drink because the espresso didn’t fade into the background; it was the star of the show.

I’m not a matcha hater, but it’s not my go-to drink, so I knew I had to be a little more open-minded with this one. Similar to the espresso-based cloud latte, the marshmallow scent is almost overpowering, but at least it smells good! I stuck my straw in right away this time to get a good matcha sip, and that’s exactly what I tasted: creamy matcha. The tiramisu flavor got lost in this drink, but it didn’t taste bad at all — it just didn’t taste like tiramisu to me.

Mixing the marshmallow foam with the matcha latte didn’t deliver the same results as the coffee-based cloud latte. Instead, it was a creamier, milkier matcha that was on the sweeter side. If you regularly order Dunkin’ matcha, you might love this take on it, but don’t expect as strong of a tiramisu flavor as you might get in the espresso-based options.

Branching out from pumpkin flavors for fall is a worthy pursuit, and at least one of these drinks totally nails the tiramisu vibes for me: the Tiramisu Shakin’ Expresso, of course. Sticking to the basics seems key to really bringing out a tiramisu flavor in your drink, so I also think that adding a tiramisu swirl to cold brew or iced coffee would be super delicious.
