How to Turn a Broom Holder into the Perfect Place to Store Your Hair Tools
Leave it to Dollar Tree to serve up the ideal organization hack to solve all your hair tool storage struggles. In the video, Villaneda shows viewers how you can make a hidden hot tool holder for the inside of your cabinet door by repurposing an adhesive mop and broom holder. Yes, really.
Just attach the broom holder to the inside of your bathroom cabinet door (there’s a sticky pad on the back — be sure to smooth it down for a strong hold), hang your hair tools vertically, and you’ve got a neat and accessible fix that’ll cost you a grand total of $1.50.
The broom holder can handle up to three hot tools (try the same trick on the opposite door if you’ve got more than that), though you’ll still need to get a little creative with the cords. I’m planning to wrap mine around my curling iron’s wand and the base of my straightener, secured with a basic rubber band if needed. You’ll be able to pull out any item without unraveling it from a tangle of wires — just the fix you needed.
