Belly (Lola Tung) at school with her backpack on. Still from The Summer I Turned Pretty

Fans always have a lot to say after a new episode of The Summer I Turned Pretty airs. (Also, this contains spoilers for episode nine, so you’ve been warned!) After Belly Conklin boarded a plane for Paris, no one could’ve guessed her Coach backpack and Apple AirTag would be the stars of the episode. As some fans rolled their eyes during the great AirTag chase of 2025, they also couldn’t look away from Belly’s luggage. I mean, it appeared in every scene — even at the club!

I loved everything about Belly’s backpack in this episode, from the color to the size. And I found her exact Coachtopia Loop Backpack, which is $295 and actually part of a Coach and The Summer I Turned Pretty collab. Even though she used the backpack for travel, the large size and fun color would make this a perfect bag to carry to class this fall. Unfortunately, the bag is currently sold out on the Coach website (it is still available on Coach’s Amazon store), and a bit expensive, so I found some dupes that have the same vibe.

Quilted Hiker Pack
$98

This “French Blue” shade is perfect for fall, and I love that this bag has the same quilted look as Belly’s. Because this bag is technically designed for hiking, it is big enough for last-minute long trips — just like Belly’s.

Berkhill Backpack
$115$58

I love this bag, and I think it is definitely the most similar to Belly’s. With the buckle detailing and powder blue color, it can’t get much more similar to the Coach backpack.

The Super Puff™ Tote Bag
$128$90

If carrying a backpack isn’t your thing, we found this adorable puffy tote bag. The blue shade is a bit more green than Belly’s, but it has the same puffer-look as the Coach bag. I believe you can never have enough tote bags — I love to use them for traveling and grocery shopping, or if I just want a roomier purse.

Nico Bucket Bag
$115$86

Another non-traditional bag, this Dagne Dover crossbody seems to do it all. You can carry it as a crossbody, slung over one shoulder, or just by the bucket handles. The limited-edition light blue color is identical to Belly’s bag.

Terra Laptop Backpack in Glacier
$142

This is my current backpack, and I truly love how durable it is. It’s a similar color to Belly’s backpack, but much smaller. I love traveling with it because it can fit under the plane seat in front of me so easily. It’s also water-resistant, which is perfect for when I get caught in the rain or snow.
